Can't find the "Payment Methods" tab in either browser or app version

I need to update an expired payment card. The support article says to look for the "Payment Methods" tab in either the browser or the mobile app. This tab does not exist. If I am simply not seeing it, could someone show me with a screen shot and a circled element where it is. I am really frustrated. Thanks.

Thank you, MetMorpheusMoB. I cleared the cache, and then found the manage payments fields on the "Add ons" page once I scrolled down.
