Thanks all for the URLs. I guess the wording is a bit confusing as this Amazon page does not call it a prepaid SIM and whereas PM is a prepaid service, it's not quite what prepaid meant back in the day (20 yrs ago).

@BoneDog , Public Mobile is a prepaid service. Amazon has several Public Mobile SIM card links. Try this one.

yes, prepaid sim card is correct as PM is a prepaid provider

It's not a new development, 20+ years old. I'm in contact with them but found out later about buying a Telus SIM. The Amazon SIM link that I found was labelled as a prepaid SIM, not sure that's what I want. Are all PM SIMs prepaid?

is that a new address for a new area? yes, the auto lookup sometimes not able to find all address. ask PM to add the address there. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

But if you want to safe money, buy it from Amazon for cheaper, just $5. Or buy from local Telus or Koodo store for $10, just make sure they sell you the correct PM sim card
