I have an account where I'm unable to downgrade it to a smaller plan. Is there a reason why I can't select a smaller plan? I'm logging in from the web and I can see the smaller plans if I don't log in but I can't see it when I try to "change subscription".

Yesterday I noticed for the very first time it would allow a downgrade if I chose .Maybe the admin is listening. After all it only makes sense to support the loyalty of their subscribers.

HI @FamilyPlan
I wouldn't say unethical. Many carriers not allowing people to change to any plans they want anyway.

From personal experience it is indeed possible to downgrade — you have to regularly check which subscription options have been made available for you. My plan has gone from $39 to $27 over the past two cycles as I do not use that much data

Sounds like unethical practices to me. Maybe it's time to switch to Fizz.

Yes, that's correct. Bait and tease. Those plans on the shop page is for new customers only.
Existing members can only change to plans they see when they sign in and usually they are more money. But it's not impossible. They also send offers by text from time to time, so watch out for them.
This has been the way of this company for a few months now regrettably.

hi @FamilyPlan
PM is only offering selected plans for you to change to based on your current profile. Downgrade is not totally impossible but it depends
So, you can only change to plans available on your My Account's Change Subscription. You can ask PM support but we got reported back that support can't override too
