There's a new subscription offering 5G plans for US-Canada-Mexico. When I try to get that on my computer, it says go to our phone app. That subscription does not show on the phone app. What's up?

We don't see all plans on our My Account. PM system only selects plans that they think we need and not showing all plans to everyone
So, what plans you currently on and what plan you want to change to ? You should see the $55 or $45 Canada/US/Mexico plans
