Please can’t add promo code PMDATA10 to my account giving me error please try again . Not working at all too many times can you correct from your side . Thanks

When you first tried to add the offer, the system didn’t show whether it was successful. When you tried again, it showed an error, but after a short while, the 10GB was added to your account. It’s been over three hours since you posted in the community and I replied to you, so you should have received the 10GB by now, right?
