When I enter my credentials into the login page. My only option is to activate a new subscription.
I am already subscribed and have been a customer for months. I would simply like access to my account so I can make changes but cannot properly login.

Can you refresh the page and try again? On the web, swipe down from the top to refresh. Or use secret mode.
If that still doent work, looks like something is not correct with your account setup and you need agent to review and fix.
