Hi
When I click My Account I put in my login details but then it just goes back to the homepage. Even if I type "myaccount.publicmobile.ca" I just end up at the homepage.
I have tried different browsers, rebooting the computer, clearing the cache, and an incognito window. I have tried doing it in a browser on my phone instead. Same thing in every case.
I tried downloading the public mobile app, and it just says "Public Mobile" and then goes to a blank white page. I have tried uninstalling the app, rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. I just get the same thing.
I have tried going through the chatbot to contact support but it just gives me a broken link which says something about an update in March. It then gives me an alternate link to a 404 page. It's other suggestion is to send a private message to a customer services agent, but the link just goes to my inbox and I don't have a name to contact. If I point out these problems it just loops me back through the same options.
Anyone have any idea how I get through to either my account or an actual person?

The self serve systems get taken down late at night on a regular basis.

I dont know the answer but I'm having the same issue so hopefully it's systemic and will fix soon

I was a bit thrown by the "down for maintenance" message which was dated in March, but it looks like you hit some different ones

The website just loops you back into the homepage with no message, but the app says "Maintenance mode - App in maintenance", so I'm guessing it's a temporary overnight update. Pretty sure it will be back in the next few hours 😁
