Can't Make Payment

I am trying to make a payment on a different card (auto pay card cancelled due to lost wallet). The system rejects my payment, sometimes citing "wrong date format", other times just stating that there is a problem with not suggestion for a solution. I have tried various paths to get to the page where I try to enter the new card number including both a one time payment and changing my auto pay card number. Any ideas as to how to make a payment. It is due today and I am told my account is suspended.

Thanks. As you suggest, I am going to make the voucher payment now and trying to contact an agent to deal with the credit card issue.

Quickest method is to get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart, then dial 611 to add them to your account ahead of renewal.
Deal with credit issue later.
