My Package is US-Mexico. I am not able make calls to UK, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
I recently switched to Public Mobile. Can't make calls to the countries included in international call package. I saved number in the format mentioned in online community chat i.e. (011 country code phone number) but calls don't go through either shoes number show busy, or an automatic voice or just silence or other end. Calls worked fine for first week. I'm not sure it matters. I just have e-sim. Old sim from previous carrier still in the phone.
Help is appreciated.

Since it worked and fails now , ask PM to check
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@HappyOtter That's the international minutes included with a plan? That item in the plan has a (3) next to it, in the terms and conditions this is what (3) says:
"3. Offer is available for a limited time and is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Taxes are extra. Monthly long-distance minutes to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Are you calling from Canada?
