I recently .. well yesterday , subscribed to PM. I downloaded and set up my esim but for some reason it would not work after it was set up and then it was gone , it was some how completely removed from my device .
I am trying to login to my PM self serve account but it won't let me. It let's me login with my credentials but then wants a code sent for the login 2FA and sends it to my number that is registered to the esim that is no longer on my phone . So I can't receive the code , it also does NOT give me the option to send the code via email or any other way . I have tried signing in through the app and the browser and still the same thing . I tried to put my friends number on my community account hoping it would work that way and send the code to their phone so I could log in , but it still doesn't work .

Did you receive email with QR code for eSIM?

Yes I am positive . 3 of us tried to find the esim . Phone won't work too so that kind of solidified the no esim . We tried to find the esim info first lol .
We didn't assume since device wouldn't work . We know the esim is not there .

hi @Ducklas you sure you cannot find the eSIM from Settings ->Cellular screen or Sim Manager?
