We are having the same issues, I'm so frustrated. I have tried to reset our password hoping that will help, but it doesn't send anything to my email. At this point I'm considering this a waste of time. I HATE that I can't talk with an actual person.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

if you need CS agent help, open ticket
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
