Oh how I wish, I would have politely asked for my old account with the beautiful old rewards when I jumped back on board in March and missed the rewards deadline by a month...what good luck 🥴

If you mean deactivated like after 90 days of suspension then no.

No if the account is permanently cancelled due to 90 days past suspension or from porting
Of course, if you just missed the 90 days, PM support might be able to re-assign you the phone number, but your account will still be new (as in you will be on the new rewards system for sure)
