Unfortunately I am terminally ill. I was wondering if it's possible to transfer my phone plan to my wife, so that it is on her credit, her number and she has full access to the account?

I have pre planned as well.
Can I suggest.
Keep all phone numbers up and running and email addresses. . They may be needed for second factor access to mobile, CRA, bank accounts etc. for months after.
Consider a list of all accounts and passwords.
Consider verification or change accounts to joint if they can be and verify that successors are in place for registered funds.

Oh my that's a tough thing to say and come to grips with.
Is your wife also with Public? If so then her number is trickier. If she's elsewhere then she can port her number into your account.

By transferring , you can change login email to another one, update credit card to hers
If she has another number from another carrier, she can port it into your account. But if she has another PM account then , sorry no phone number swap between two PM accounts

@Aaaaaron I’m sorry to hear that . And yes you can in profile settings of your my account tap the pencil next to your name and you can change it to her name. The credit card info can be updated also

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

adding in your profile page you can also change email and password and also port her phone number into it . Or just keep your old number choice is between you too . Best of luck . Take care @Aaaaaron
