I’ve used up all of my data bc workers cut our internet cable and I was forced to hotspot for work. I bought and extra 3 g but need more for the coming weeks.

you will need to ask PM support to help to renew your plan earlier
of a quick way is to use Change Now to change to another plan yourself on My Account. But keep in mind that y you likely won't be able to change back to your current plan or it might be harder to change to a cheaper plan later.
