Calls go direct to voicemail

Incoming calls go direct to voicemail. Have checked and tried to rectify with Apple and nothing. How to fix please! I am contact person for someone in hospital!

@athca3   Try to reseat the sim card once (power off, take sim out for a minute, then put it back and power up)

Also, try in different area, could be just 3G issue in the area you are at

And, try to get another phone and test the sim card there

Did you port over your old number to PM recently? Did you reply to the text confirming you were porting over?

How many bars is showing on your phone?

@athca3 hi go into network settings and manualy change to 3g see if that helps with calling issues,also contact a cs agent to look into the problem for you there may be tower issues in your area
