There are calls listed in my usage history that I did not make. Also, my usage history shows 9 minutes of calls, but claims I made 22 minutes of calls. I have a 100 minute a month calling plan. Thank you for your help.

HI @jburrows are the number ends with 4001 , 4002 or 4000?
it could be voicemail number. They will show on your usage history and will be counted towards your minutes IF YOU CALL VM from your phone. However, if you call from landline, it would be counted , except it will still show up on the usage history

To get most accurate status on your account do this:
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
Did you call number ending with 4001/2. That is voice mail calls counting against your minutes.

Try logging in on your laptop using incognito mode.
If you have the $15 plan with limited minutes...consider getting the $5 / 500 Canada wide calling add-on. Those add-on minutes take over if you happen to run outta regular plan minutes. Any remaining add-on minutes at renewal, will roll over until you need them again.

@jburrows Calls to you voicemail count towards usage. That's probably the calls you see.

@jburrows , are you browsing the self serve account using incognito mode? You might be seeing cached usage data. Also it must be recognized that calling minutes are rounded up to the nearest minute.
