Calling international don't work anymore, 240min left

One call to France went through this morning, 3 min ok.

all calls after that are failing, no tone, no ring, just silence.

I still have 200+ min left on the International addon.

Restarted the phone, I can call any local number, no issue with the phone.

Any idea what could be the pb?

I just tested calling the Microsoft's Business Customer support number listed for France:

+33 9 70 01 90 90

and connected successfully hearing the customary automated announcement beginning with "Merci d’avoir appelé Microsoft."

Maybe give that one a try just to confirm if it also connects for you or not?

Yes, tried 2 numbers that usually work. I will try more tomorrow.

Is it the same number that you called before your trying to call again?  Is the number your trying to call on the list of numbers you can call? Have you had issues calling that number before?

Maybe just wait a few hours and try again.
