I forgot to update my direct payment information and now have no service. I updated it by the deadline provided, but it wouldn't accept my payment. I have no cell phone calling service. Is there a phone number to contact someone other than the 611? I'm stranded without a cell phone.

For those of you that may get into a situation where you forget to update your visa on your account and your blocked from using your Public Mobile service, create a ticket and a customer service agent will assist you.

Ty. I tried both suggestions yesterday. However, the messages I receive are "Sorry, we're not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later.

PM is an online service so no number to call for an CS_Agent.
You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment then update your CC by login to your account under Payment tab>Update Card Information for future AutoPay.

If it still fails, you can buy a voucher from SDM/London Drugs/Shell/711 and then load the voucher via My Account or *611 to renew the service first
