@CS_Agent I purchased 300 international minutes and 100 Philippine long-distance minutes but was not able to use them. Can I have these add-ons removed and get a refund?

We're suppose to call someone whos travelling, we didnt get any update from them so we thought of calling them with their international numbers. But we cant reach them during that time.

which country you want to call with the international minutes? Only selected countries can be called using that:
**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.
And to call Philippine using the 100 minutes Philippine addons:
dial: 011 - 63 - Area Code - Land Phone Number OR 011 - 63 - 10 Digit Mobile Number
If you have not used any of those minutes and would like PM support to reverse the transactions, engage them by message:

Why were you not able to user them? If they do anything for you it would likely be a credit back to your balance here. Not likely a refund. And refunds take weeks anyway.
