CHANGING CREDIT CARD DETAILS

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS, I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT CARDS INCLUDING DEBIT VISA, I KEEP GETTING ERROR., THIS HAPPEN WHEN I TRIED TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS UNDER THE MANAGE CARD OPTION. BELOW IS THE ERROR I AM GETTING. WHY IS SO HARD TO USE PUBLIC MOBILE SELF SERVICE , AND THERE NO VOICE SUPPORT.

In addition to the advice offered by @softech be methodical about entering the details so that no mistakes occur when entering the card details. If you go to quickly the digits get entered out of order. If you do make a mistake delete the entire lines info and start entering the line info fresh from the beginning of the line.

@SCALER321   you are in the right area

The credit card section is glitchy.   Please wait a full hour first, then try to login My Account once again using Incognito mode and make the update and see if it works.  Of course, make sure you enter the correct info and correct Postal code

If it still gives you error, please message PM support for investigation
