CAN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE PHONE CALLS

I cannot make or receive phone calls. What's happening? When will it be fixed?

Working for me now in SK as of 4:06PM CST.

............... and now not working lol, guess we're not all the way there yet! And working on 3rd try.. Intermittent.

Dunno what I am going to do if I can't reach the Rick Astley hotline! ( +1 226-336-1437 )  🙂
