@Soping 711 and Shell no longer sell vouchers. Best to buy from SDM/Rexell/Loblaws/CanTire or online from Muskbird.com / ding.com / recharge.com.

When buying voucher for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK

Your renewal issue could be that you didn't have enough to cover the plan amount and e911 fees

Also, check the plan amount on My Account > Subscription & add-on page

but if you renewal is due today (Monday Nov 3rd), the renewal status might not update until later in the morning.  If you still have service now, you might want to wait couple more hours before checking again

to pay for regular plan renewal, try muskbird.con or ding.com. 

Alternative is get to Canada Tire to see if they have payment vouchers. See if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...they have PM payment vouchers too.

@Soping  If you mean a payment voucher you can buy those at shoppers  drug mart , 7-11 shell gas or Canadian tire stores . And if you don’t mind paying a fee you can save the trip and buy online from musk bird.com or recharge .com
