Buying $15 US Roaming Talk/Text Back-to-Back

Hi there,

 

10 days ago I bought the $15 US Roaming Talk/Text bundle. As I have run out and am still away, I am looking to renew. However now that option has disappeared for me. 

 

The only things appearing are the separate and $8 each US roaming talk and text options. Are you only allowed to purchase the roaming option once?

I tried those options but none seemed to work. It's odd because my phone is still connected to an American network but cannot send nor receive messages. 

 

I went ahead and sent a message to the moderators. Thanks again for your assistance!

It is a known glitch in the system.  You have to wait about 24 hours for the old roaming add on to expire, before it shows up in your choices again.  You can wait until tomorrow to purchase or you could try one of the other US roaming options.

Perhaps try one or more of the below:

*reboot your phone

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again

 

Then log right out of your SELF SERVE and clear your caches, and open a tab in incognito mode.

Then try logging into SELF SERVE again. Maybe there is just a disconnect/delay here.

Hi there,

 

Unfortunately it does not appear on my add-on page but the service has ended. My phone at the moment is unable to place or receive calls or text messages. I have confirmed on my account that the add-on has expired.

Hello @rcowie ,

 

You should be able to purchase this again. Is it still showing as an addon on your Overview Page?

 

If so, it may not let you purchase another, because it is already on your account.

 

If not, I am not sure why it would not be available again to purchase.
