Bought us roaming twice, can I cancel one?

I accidentally bought us talk/text and also us talk/text/data. Can I cancel us talk/text but keep us talk/text/data?

@chriskowalchuk  - does it actually show the two different addons listed in your addon section?

 

Or, are the extra funds listed in your Available Funds area for the 2nd one? If listed in the Available Funds area, then the 2nd one isn't actually purchased...so in this case, just leave the $'s there for future renewals of your plan or other addon purchases, etc.

 

Otherwise, connect with CSA for a request to credit it to your account.

You'll pretty much have to cancel one as there is a known problem of having two talk parts active at the same time.

You'll need support to cancel the one and they would likely place the amount in your balance.

@chriskowalchuk   Yes, likely PM can help and reverse the purchase and leave the money as Available Fund for future use.  Please open a ticket with them via Chatbot:
