I bought a Samsung A13 from Public Mobile and was promised a SIM card with the phone. I got the phone but there was no new SIM card with it.

Exact same thing happened to me. I filed a ticket, and contacted customer support via https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
They are now sending me a new card for free.

The sales statff at stores won't be able to help with Public Mobile activations. Customers must do the activations themselves.

I believe  the SIM and phone is supplied  from different suppliers, thus not together. SIM delivery is usually quite  good. But when goes awry.., it never shows. If you need help to obtain a SIM quickly, please feel free to private message me.

Are you certain?

Did you check under the device/ packaging for a small folder which should have contained the credit card sized 3- hole punch out card?

should have came with it

You can open a ticket with PM support and ask them to send it back to you.  Please open ticket via direct message with your order #

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

However, if you are existing subscriber, you are  simply move your existing sim card from the old phone to this new one.  You don't really need the sim card other than keep it for future use

If you are going to activate new account, instead of waiting, it could be quicker to simply buy the PM sim card from a Telus or Koodo store instead of wait PM to ship you back, it could take 3 weeks
