Bonus promotion to join not included in my account

When I joined last month there was a promotion Bonus  3.5 GB data

 

Now my data allocated 3 GB gone, My bonus data not showing, I am disappointed

 

I have also given pre-authorized payment instructions too,

Hi @mahendrads depends which 2GB promotion yout got.

 

There was the reoccurring one that stays forever as long as your plan is the same.  Did you had a plan change lately?  Even make a 4G plan change will loss the 2GB bonus

 

But more 2GB bonus promotion has a limit of 6 or 12 months.  Maybe that was what you got?

 

Open ticket wirh CS Agent and they can check for you 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Which code did you use? The one for 6 months, 12 months or permanently? A sling as it was entered in correctly and still usable you should have it. I would connect with a CSA to look into it bc if there was an error they can enter it in manually for you

What plan are you on?

What were promo bonus conditions?

If you used all your data they will not show on your account until next renewal (if bonus data are for limited time - 6, 12 months, etc.).

A little bit more details are needed.

@mahendrads   Were you on the $35 plan?  the $35 plan always come with 3GB data

 

it was used to be written as 2.5GB + 500MB with Autopay, which is 3GB altogether 

 

Now, all plan will be given the 500MB with no requirement for Autopay setup.  So, they will simply shows 3GB.

@mahendrads  - was the promotion 3.5 GB? Do you have a screenshot or the promo available?

 

What do you mean by 'given pre-authorized payment instructions'.

 

If there was a promo you saw, and know you should have received it, as a CSA.
