Hi, I was thinking to transfer over from Fido and currently have a fixed price.

Is the international Black Friday deal of 23/m for 6GB a fixed price or does it change a year later?

Is it for use in Canada, what is the difference between the Canada-US and International subscriptions?

@rolandd  The $23 plan is Canada only plan , and dosent not include roaming like the CAN/US /MEX plans . but you can use the plan in the U.S. with US roaming add on . The 100 international mins you get with $23 plan is to just call. The 7 countries listed in the plan description every 30 days

1. fixed price and not a limited pricing, ie, price won't change

2. the $23 plan is Canada use only .   
  Canada/US/Mex plans allow you to use the service in US and Mexico for free without roaming charges.  Plans start at $29.  Good deal if you go to US or Mex even once or twice a year
