Hello. I changed my plan this month but was billed twice for the both old and new plan in the same month. How do in about getting this fixed. I should only get billed for one plan each month. Thanks

@Triet when changing plans most often the best option is to select "Change on renewal" so that you are able to use up the existing month that was already paid for. If you choose "Change now" you will immediately be switched to the new plan and charged for it and also forfeit any unused days/data.
You can try contacting a support agent to see if they can help you out.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

@Triet When you changed plans did you select to do it immediately? If so, no refunds are offered. If it was a glitch in the app/back end, open a ticket with CS.

@Triet if you. Changed plan immediately and not use the chage on renewal option this is correct but if you did use change in renewal option
check credit card is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off but if both charges are posted and the difference isn’t in your accounts available funds then message support to fix
submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
send a private message To CS_Agent
