I have been overcharged twice by PM so what should i do?? Have already contacted them but they said they didnt so i contacted the bank. I contacted the bank and they gave me a statement to contact PM. Does anyone have the number for PM customer service? I prefer talking to people rather than chatting online

@TeresaDAOI just want to rule out a very common source of people thinking they have been overcharged when they haven't: did you take taxes into account?  Your plan cost does not include taxes.  As a hypothetical example, if your plan is advertised at $25 and you don't have any other discounts (rewards), your credit card would be charged $25+<your applicable taxes based on your province>.  So if you're in BC and have a combined 12% PST+GST, you'd be paying $25 + 12% = $28; if you're in Ontario and have an HST rate of $13, your credit card would b charged $25 + 13% = $28.25.  Adjust accordingly for your province and bill amount after any applicable discounts and you will get the amount you should be getting charged.

If you've already taken this into account then no worries, but this is a very common recurring thing that comes up in the community and can be easily explained.

If overcharge is showing on your credit card and you do have money on your account, just leave it there as $ will be used for next renewal. If you are really after refund contact agent; it might take some time and when they issue refund you will be at next renewal anyway. Do NOT ask bank for chargeback as that will seriously mess up your PM account.
