Badge coming back

Finally, the badges are coming back!!  But just December?  Was it just me or everyone only got December?

I was going to comment that the badges were fixed but not quite....no awardees for November. No top 5% for December or January and February has not come out yet. Still a work in progress. Unawarded badges may be due to adjustments being made for questionable participants.
