First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

Clear the cache and go incognito the enter your registered email then click on Reset Password.
If didn’t receive a 2FA code to change your password through email or phone number then it is not registered in the PM system.

@hollig - if you added it successfully then what is the issue? IS your account still showing Suspended status?
Does it say anything is owing in your My Account or when you dial 611 from your phone? If you are still owing more to reactivate you will need to add more to your account and then reactivate services.

@hollig where did you buy the voucher and when you got it?
Vouchers from some store could take as long as 24 hours to become active. If you do not need it urgently, wait the full 24 hours
you can load your voucher via *611 or via My Account Payment page

One way would be dial 611 using your phone. The voucher can be applied from there. Please note that some vouchers take a few hours before the voucher code starts to work.
