Autopay discount not applied on account

An autopay of $2 off /month was part of plan but have not seen on since Feb 2022 since start of plan.  How do I get this corrected?

What plan do you have? 25 is 1.25 points and 35 is 1.75 points, anything higher is over the 2 autopay you would get. However it isn't applied as a discount right away you have to collect 15 points to get a 15 off bill credit

As of late January, the old Reward program stopped and the new Point program replaced it. Here's some reading to catch up on the details...

...before you say it...we all know what you think of the new Points program vs old Rewards !!  😢

Did you activate on or after January 25th 2022? If so you are on the points system and you get 5% back in points instead of the autopay $2 reward.

If you signed up after later January then you don't get the $2. You would be on the points system.
