Autopay did not go throu and my service got deacivated.

I am on autopay and my cc is fine but i guess the autopay messed up and did not completed.

So I got this message :

Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay. Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactive your current plan.Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment and you will lose your phone number and service.
 
- Do i have to pay manually?
- Do i loose the autopay reward?
- Do I pay the full amount of 25? 25$ plan
- Or do i pay 23$?
 
Talking to a MOD atm but taking so long to solve thhe problem.

@DrD Send a private message to a mod include your phone number email address and brief description.
You could also try simply making a one time payment. That should activate the account.

@GinYVR  As mimmo said, phone/ext/data no working. And 2 days past renewal date.

@GinYVR  the poster said their service got deactivated this implies that 

  1.  their phone is not working
  2. their renewal date has passed

@DrDWhile @mimmo made some good suggestions, I have more basic ones..

 

1.Is your phone working? ie does it have Public Mobile displayed on the phone and you can do anything as usual.

2. Is your renewal date today or the next day?

 

If yes for both question.. you are safe to disregard the notice.. it is a known quirk of the PM system. PM knows about it but elect not to do anything about it. I suspect they love the extra workload or to train new CSRs.

there are a couple things you can try

1) try teh lost stolen trick,  click plans and addons _> lost stolen -> then toggle the mode for 5 minutes.   this has the effect similar to a soft reboot.

 

2) if try adding funds needed, your rewards should be converted into available funds so simply top up teh difference between available funds and your plan cost.

 

3) if you have enough funds and teh phone did not activate try teh lost stolen mode again

4) if that fails try adding 1 $   to teh account 

5) contact mods if all the above fail.

 

if the system does not like your cc on file you can always buy vouchers
