I've been a subscriber under the old rewards system where every month the bill credit auto applied.
I can't for the life of me figure out this new (ahem) and "improved" rewards system.... it appears there is only one bill credit reward, and it is NOT dynamic with the monthly reward amounts you accumulate. Further it seems that I now have to log in to each of the accounts we have and go into the rewards system and explicitly tell the system to apply the queued up rewards as a bill credit reward... but i can't do it too early because i can't apply a lower reward isn't available it seems? (PS: I have absolutely no clue as to how making me do more manual work is somehow a better customer experience / improved system.....anyone?).
How do i get the darn bill credit to auto apply once the reward credit and reached a sufficient balance for the bill credit to be applied.. and save me from this new and (ahem) improved login, login, login, login, login nightmare i seem to be caught in now? .... anyone??

Sorry, but there are no longer any discounts/rewards/points given for either of those.

Is there a cap to the rewards you can apply?

I always wondered how to get it to apply automatically when it reaches $15. Now I know.

My financial situation during COVID when I lost all my income and I had to make dire choices about what I could and could not keep.... unfortunately PM needed to be classified as a non-essential 😞
When I resubscribed the new points system was kinda just thrown down my throat... i wasn't actually offered any kind of choice when starting the service back up again. (or at least I didn't see where I could make an explicit choice during activation 😞 )

HAVE BEEN?
So what happened? Who twisted your arm to switch to Points?
With Points you have to accumulate 15+ and then YOU have to convert them to $ to be applied to your bill.
And, of course, there is no going back to $ rewards...

Ahem I think the reason it’s not automatic because with new and improved rewards system was designed to choose between bill crest and using those points to buy ads ons long distance mins and data add on that’s are less then 15 points required to use for purchase . Be nice to see something implemented to choose a specific reward and automatically apply it like the old legacy rewards do with out the extra steps . But I think PM hopes you forget about your rewards completely and not redeem them . More $ for PM this way

@RVDS3164 I don't think it can be done automatically on the new points system. It's usually advised not to switch from the old rewards system from what I've read.

You have to do this ahem...yourself each time you reach the $15 credit.
I do wish this was automatic too.
Maybe soon...ahem🙄

Sorry, but there isn't a way for this to be done automatically.

@RVDS3164 Go into your rewards portal and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill from the rewards catalogue
Great
