Auto Pay Data Missing

I have been a customer for 3 years. My auto pay bonus data suddenly disappeared.

Well I'm with darlicious here. The OP was quite ambiguous with their wording. The questions would be to try to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. Maybe just a misunderstanding of incorrect terminology. But a solution has been chosen and they're off to the CSA's so that's that.

Honestly what don't you get? Its not about the solution its about answering the question? Its about the data bonus.... not the reward! But heck why read the question at all just send them to customer support.

  • What plan are you on?
  • When you click on plan details what does it say?
  • How many mb does your data counter list as its total?
  • Again what does it say on your usage page for your data counter?
  • At the bottom of your overview page does it say you are registered for dynamic autopay?
  • Are you still receiving the $2 autopay reward?

Great job everyone for telling the customer how to contact customer support but not actually trying to answer the question or even interpret the question correctly. Is it any wonder the community reward pot gets smaller and smaller every month.....because pm has to pay more and more CSA's to handle all the questions we used to answer but it's so much easier to send the customer to customer support....check another solution under your belt!


@darlicious    Hmm....well maybe I'll ask permission from you the next time I dare suggest to contact customer support as the first option, which, BTW, I rarely post as my first suggestion in the majority of my posts, just in case you hadn't noticed.  Also I'm not here to get a quick solution just to pad my numbers and I've certainly never asked any oracle to reconsider the chosen solution either.

Yes I did. How is autopay bonus data to go missing if a plan is changed. As long as autopay is active every current plan includes the autopay data bonus. It's not promotional data.

Those people you are referring to are just trying to get in as many posts as possible, for their 1, 5, 10 or 25 percentage rewards at the end of the month. 

Kinda like a car salesman.   lol

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Have you suspended your account at some point recently? That could throw off the automatic application of rewards.

 

Ask CS to apply them manually by

Open a ticket via:

Type "ticket" > Click "Contact Us" > Select your issue > "Click here to submit a ticket↗"

@Christtianne    You'll need to contact customer support and ask them to manually add the missing rewards.  Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen to submit a ticket to customer support, or click the envelope icon top right and send a private message to CS_Agent.

Check the terms and conditions of the bonus data.  Was your plan ever inactive or did you change plans?

 

Bonus data will expire if the account becomes inactive or the rate plan is changed.
