Just make sure all the info you input is correct and be patient. I remember during the fall promo someone had an issue, and they were not sure it was voip.ms, and it took a little bit tto resolve, i think they were having sms problems primarley though. Things seem pretty calm now so any issues should be resolved in better time now.
Would search the forum for voip.ms and read the various posts (some said ittook over 12 hours). might suggest doing the port at night, that way you sleep while it happens andd if there are issues you can contact a mod i the morning
