Any charges will occur when I switch to another pubilc plan

Just want to swith from $29 / 5G  to the $19 / 1G,  will be any additonal charges? Or  wait till the beginning date of the next payment cycle?

@lxh   If you don't have a problem with paying $100 up front, Telus has a yearly plan (works out at $8.33 a month) which has unlimited texts and calling plus 2GB monthly data.  It's a promo so you have to use a code, but once it reverts to 400 minutes/400 texts and no data after the first year you could come back to Public Mobile on a cheaper plan.  See

You are right!  The lowest plan was changed 500 MB....

hi @lxh 

make sure you use Change on Renewal option to make plan change so it schedule the change on next renewal date.  Do not use Change now , Change now allows PM to start now with the new plan but unused days on the old one will be wasted

btw, you see the $19 plan on your My Account? usually a $29 plan subscriber won't see the $19 plan.  And as of yesterday, $19 plan only has 500 Mb data.  Log in My Account and see what plan available on your Change Subscription page
