After registration can't login to my account. Email was changed during the registration.

After registration can't log in to my account. The email was changed during the registration. And now trying to log in and the system asks for a new plan. I already have a plan and want to see my account.

Please advise.

Hi @Vig590 

you made a typo to the email?  If you remember the wrong email address, you can still login using it and ask thr system to send 2FA to your phone

of course, best to open ticket with CS agent at:   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I using this plan for a few years already. Yesterday tried to register and accidentally pressed "Change email". So my email got changed to some weird one and since I can't log in, or if I log in using my actual email the system shows no plan and asks to activate a new plan. I tried ChatBot with no success.

@Vig590    Are you using incognito/private mode on browser (recommended) to login to your account?  If you've forgotten the email or password, then submit a ticket via chatbot to support here:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/xYpc_I

Their response will appear in the message box top right of your screen.

@Vig590   did you just activated today?

Or you had the plan activated before and you just cannot complete the login for the new My Account?

PM has uses a new login system EverSafe.  Some cusotmers have trouble setting up this new access.  Please open ticket with PM support and they can assist

 

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
