I am considering changing the plan. The disclaimer on the change screen says "After changing your plan, you will loose your current promotions."
I am a public mobile customer for a long time and have accumulated rewards, like Loyalty, Refer-a-Friend, etc.
If I change my plan, will I loose my rewards?

If you change your plan you will NOT lose your add-ons, loyalty rewards, any other rewards you have on your account, Christmas bonuses, etc.
You will lose Promo bonus (signed for Plan X with 2GB/30 days for a year, etc.) if you change plan.
Rewards are not promotions.

inleast if you use that promo code 2GBBONUS you will losing
but for other rewards and promo is will be keep as is in your account.

@artemca Loyalty, RAF, autopay and add-ons gifted or purchased are all safe and will stay with your account after changing plans. Activation promos are the only ones that may be lost depending upon the promo conditions.
edit: BTW, if you opt to make an immediate plan change, then you will not receive your rewards until your next renewal. Usually it's recommended to Change at Next Renewal as PM doesn't offer refunds/proration.
