Advice needed - U.S. roaming add on not showing on account. (screenshot)

Hello,

I am travelling to the U.S.

Because I think I will need more than 250MB of data, I ordered the talk & text 10 day add-on for $15 and 1GB of U.S. Data for $20.

$35 was deducted from my account.

When I log in to my add ons I do not see the U.S. roaming talk & text. 

This is what I see:

  • My Data & Add-Ons
  • Data & Add-OnsAmount Used
    12GB Data
    1029.738  /  12288 MB
    200 min US and Canada Long Distance
    46  /  200 MIN
    US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day)
    0  /  1000 MB

The long distance is left over from a previous trip.

Do I have a problem???  I don't want to arrive in the U.S. and not have a working phone.

Why is the Roaming talk & text not showing?

Thank you, I will find out for sure on Saturday.

@tagor Seems like the US talk and Text add-on was correctly added. It should also show up on the Plan Detail page. The reason it's not showing under add-on is that there is no meter for them as they are unlimited talk and text for 10 days. Free could mean unlimited, although i am not sure why it says free. 

You won't have any problems accessing US roaming service as i see that add-ons are correctly added to your account. If for some reason you are unable to, make sure Roaming is turned on and you are connected to T-Mobile or AT&T network.

I added $35 to my account FIRST.

Then I went back and added the two add ons together in one transaction.

The $35 was then deducted from my account.

It gets even stranger. I have discovered a very odd thing: 

If I click on buy add ons again, this is what I see...

Current-Add ons
  • 200 min US and Canada Long Distance - $8.00
  • US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day) - $20.00
  • US Roaming - Unlimited Talk (10-day) - Free
  • US Roaming - Unlimited Text (10-day) - Free

It doesn't show on the "Overview" and why would it say "free"  I paid for it!

 

But all I really care is:  Will my phone work when I arrive.  Do you think I have anything to worry about.

@tagor Did the payment of $35 taken from your Available Balance? Did you already have enough balance or you had to top it up? Did you purchase them together?
