For some reason I remembered that adding a US roaming 10 days pass will start counting the 10 days once I enter the US.
Anyway, now I see that it starts on purchase day.
I purchased it too early, I need it to start in 2 days.
Can someone from customer support help me with it? Cancel the 2 US Roaming add-ons, and I can add them again in 2 days?
I couldn't find a way of doing it myself in self serve...
Thanks!

Yeah, I think I either misread it when it was first announced, or just got confused with other providers. For sure it is my fault, I'm just hoping they can sort it out for me.
At least I figured it out before doing it on my wife's account... 🙂

@spetel, I hope they can fix this for you. I have never read on here that it would start going once you entered the US it has always been stated it starts when you purchase it. I am pretty sure a MOD will get you straightened out though.
