Good thinking @mimmo. This is the list of countries that I found on the community, and unfortunately, Ireland is not on that list of countries supported. I wish this list of country was more accessible as I could not find it on the main Public Mobile website (at least not easily):
@hermanyeung, you should message the Moderators to see if it is possible to get a refund if your sole purpose of the long-distance add-on was to call Ireland.

I would assume so? It doesn't just specify US and Canada it says International Mins (includes US and Canada). Otherwise how else would I be able to get international minutes?
$8 for 200 mins (US & Canada) and $15 for 400 International mins (includes US & Canada). Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Yes I did proceed with the two step process and no longer having funds available. Thi sis whta it shows on my main screen.

Hi @hermanyeung,
When you log into self-serve, do you see any balances for funds available? If you do, go through the add-on purchase process again, as it is a two-step process.
