I signed up as a new public mobile member during March 2022 and had the promo code 12months2gb applied to my account but when I signed in to see my add-ons, the extra 2gb a month has disappeared and it hasnt been 12 months yet.

if still wrong, open ticket with PM support for further investigation

Log out. Clear your browser and log back in using secret/incognito mode.

@LC Might be just caching issues which the new self serve account is prone to, so login using incognito/private mode or another browser.
