How do I activate my account? It won’t let me

First check if you were charged.  

If you were charged, then you will need to contact customer service agent.  

Either submit a ticket via chatbot (chat icon on right lower corner of website) or directly private message CS_Agent via the following link:

Im doing it on my PM app and it says the subscription was not activated and something went wrong. I’m really upset that it’s not easier to solve. I’m trying to activate my subscription as well as get my e sim and transfer my phone #

What issues are you having?

Are you activating on PM app?  Via website?  

More details the better, so then community members can help troubleshoot.
