Activated my sim 4 days back still no signal

Hi @

I have activated my new sim

4 days back and still i am

not seeing any signals. Also, i am not able to login to account as its says no user exist. I have already created the account during sim activation. Could you please help on this

@hairbag1  I had to raise a ticket with the agent, sim number was activated but plan was still in draft status because of some technical issues,

were you able to get the phone working ? What did you do to get it going ?

HI @ankusharora1990   if you see no signal , there is a problem with the sim card setup or incompatible phone

 

What kind of phone you have?

 

and open ticket with CS agent and ask them to check if sim card is setup properly on the system

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Does your account say: Active?

Can you try your SIM in another phone?

It could be SIM issue or your phone might be broken (contacts to SIM dirty or oxidized).

Turn off the phone, remove the sim card. Reinsert the sim card, turn on phone. If still doesn't work, you may need reset APN on your phone, click here follow the instruction to set.

Take sim outta phone for a moment..then reinstall correctly. See if that helps.

Try that sim in a different phone.

What happens when you try dial 611 from your cell phone ?

Did you receive a Welcome to PM text ?

Did your payment go through ?
