Activated Iphone 4 text worked for 2 days now will not send or receive

Hello Activated my old Iphone 4 on talk and text on Saturday. Talk works fine. Texts worked fine for 2 days. Now text will no send or receive.

Can somehone please help me with this?

@Poule First turn off Messages. Then turn back on and look at the settings which should be:

Settings >> Messages >> iMessage ON, Send and SMS ON, MMS ON >> Send & Receive should show your PM phone number and your Apple ID email address.

Also, be sure cellular data/roaming are turned ON. You will not be charged for data but it must be ON for MMS to function.
