Can you give us more detail on how you lost your email?
You should have got an email from PM welcoming you to PM so conduct a search on your mailboxes.
Once you have the correct email address then login to your account and click Change SIM card.
If you forgot your password then click on Forgot Password.
If you still can’t get into your account then contact a CS_Agent to help you get into your account.

@katiahussein hi you need to go into your account under change sim card if you can't access your account
