Just figured this out, so i thought i would share if you are having trouble. These are the APN settings I have seen most often for setting up data on PM:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank
Now here is what I needed to CHANGE for MMS pictures to work on my Acer Z410:
APN type: default,mms,supl
on my phone these were selectable options. Hope this works for you!

@Ferlea I don't have the phone any longer, but i beleive you got in to the APN settings from the SIM settings. Here are the settings again from the top of the post:
Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: Leave blank
Now here is what I needed to CHANGE for MMS pictures to work on my Acer Z410:
APN type: default,mms,supl
on my phone these were selectable options. Hope this works for you!

The MVNO value (if it shows you) should also read 4D or 4D4F.

That's awesome.
The best thing, is that Once you have your APN (Access Point Name) settings and Tethering APN set, If you switch phones, you shouldn't need to re-edit again, as the APN is on the Sim.
I used 3 different devices, and APN carried over to each.

Hi @jsfx3!
Glad to hear you were able to sort out your APN settings. Hopefully, this will help others experiencing the similar issues.
