Last time I missed a payment I just made one the next day and everything was fine. This time they deactivated my phone instantly, and when I try to login to my account I get a blank page that says "The page no longer exists" so I can't make a payment. Tried to contact support but because I can't login it's impossible. Tried to activate a new plan but it says my SIM is invalid, assuming it's because it's still linked to my account (plan activation page says my email is already taken, so clearly my account is still active in some form).

The website is finicky.
Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito/private mode
Even try a different device.
You can't activate a used SIM card and you do not need to activate. Just need to access My account page via the above instructions.
