Account paid but doesn't process the money and won't reactivate

Has anyone ever been in this position? Please help me if you can!

@hgdavis123   Just want to be sure you have loaded the fund?   Can you confirm this on My Account's Payment History?  If you confirmed that you just paid, your fund should be sitting as Available Fund since it looks like the service is suspended.  Please confirm if you see your Available Fund = Your Plan Amount.  If so, check  to see Reactivate Current Plan button is there, click on it

 

If it brings you back to Payment page, try to make a $1 payment with the "Other" option.

 

Once the $1 payment goes through, logoff from My Account and reboot your phone

Just to confirm, @hgdavis123 , you are WITHOUT phone services (like calling and texting)?

 

After you place monies on the account (which should be displaying in your Available Balance), then you need to tap the "Reactivate" or "Resume" buttons to then get service.

 

If this doesn't work, try temporarily placing your service is lost/stolen mode, log out of self-serve, log back into self-serve, then remove the lost/stolen designation.

 

All good now?
